The J12JY6 Quick Change Crimping Jaw is engineered for precise and secure crimping of Yazaki and Sumitomo 2.3II / TS90II-Series terminals, supporting a wide wire range of AWG 22 to 16. Its confined B Crimp (F Crimp) cavity ensures full conductor contact and reliable electrical performance without damaging insulation.
Compatible with all LiCrim quick-change crimping frames—including JD, JB, JE, JC, and JFP series—this jaw enables tool-free replacement in just 5 seconds.

AISI 4140 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. The chromium content provides good hardness penetration, and the molybdenum content ensures uniform hardness and high strength. The jaws are heat treated and have a zinc phosphate surface treatment
