The J12JY4 Quick Change Crimping Jaw is specially designed for Yazaki YES/YESC 1.5 unsealed terminals, supporting fine wire sizes from DIN 0.35 to 0.5 mm² (AWG 16/14). Featuring a confined wrap-over crimp cavity, this jaw ensures stable wire retention and consistent electrical contact without damaging the insulation.

Compatible with all LiCrim Quick Change crimping frames—JD, JB, JE, JC, and JFP series—this system allows fast jaw replacements in just 5 seconds without tools.

Material: AISI- 4140
Procedure: Precision and Wax-lost Casting
Treatment: Finished with heat treatment
Surface treatment : Zinc Phosphate

AISI 4140 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. The chromium content provides good hardness penetration, and the molybdenum content ensures uniform hardness and high strength. The dies are heat treated and have a zinc phosphate surface treatment .Designed by Germany, Made in Taiwan.
COMPATIBILITY - Individual crimping dies will work with our crimping tools with quick change locking mechanism.
