The JFBC20 Ratchet Crimping Kit is specially designed for secure and precise crimping of Yazaki YES/YESC, Sumitomo TS90II, and Delphi GT 150 sealed terminals. This professional-grade set includes four interchangeable jaws (J12-Y, Y2, Y6, Y8), supporting a wide range of AWG 22 to 14 / DIN 0.35 to 2.5 mm² terminals.

Equipped with a 90-degree crimping head, this tool is designed to eliminate the rotational angle misalignment between the crimping jaw and terminal during operation—ensuring more accurate alignment and consistent crimping results, especially in confined spaces. The quick-change jaw system allows users to replace jaws within seconds, without the need for extra tools.

For best performance, we recommend using open barrel-type terminals, which pair perfectly with the tool's vertical jaw motion to avoid rotational misalignment during crimping. The tool also features a dual-mode jaw release—choose between push-button or slide-switch ejection for fast, user-friendly operation.

All jaws are designed in Germany and manufactured in Taiwan, ensuring long-lasting precision and durability.
