AISI 4140 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. The chromium content provides good hardness penetration, and the molybdenum content ensures uniform hardness and high strength. The jaws are heat treated and have a zinc phosphate surface treatment
Designed for RG-type coaxial cable connectors, this crimping jaw is compatible with RG58, RG59, RG62, and RG6, making it ideal for a wide range of signal transmission applications including CCTV, HDTV, satellite systems, radio, GPS, navigation, DTS, and GRS.
Engineered for use with LiCrim crimping tools featuring a quick-change locking mechanism, the jaws can be swapped in and out effortlessly—no tools required. Each jaw change takes just 5 seconds, providing efficiency without compromising precision.
Not compatible with fixed-jaw crimping tools.
