The J12JH7 Quick Change Crimping Jaw is purpose-built for Delphi Weather Pack Terminals and Metric-Pack 150 & 280 seals, accommodating wire sizes from AWG 16–12 (DIN 1.0–3.0 mm²). It supports both B-crimp (F-crimp) and overlap crimping, ensuring stable, secure wire termination for sealed terminal systems.

Ideal for demanding environments such as heavy-duty vehicles, marine systems, diagnostics, alternative energy, agriculture, and military applications, this jaw delivers consistent performance in professional settings.

These jaws are not compatible with the fixed jaw crimping tools.

Procedure: Precision and Wax-lost Casting
Treatment: Finished with heat treatment
Surface treatment : Zinc Phosphate

AISI 4140 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. The chromium content provides good hardness penetration, and the molybdenum content ensures uniform hardness and high strength. The jaws are heat treated and have a zinc phosphate surface treatment

Jaw replacement is tool-free and takes only 5 seconds—slide in, slide out.
(Not compatible with fixed-jaw crimpers.)
