This crimping kit includes a 10" Quick Change Ratchet Crimper and three interchangeable jaws—J12A for insulated terminals, J12D and J12F for cord end terminals. Designed for a variety of applications, the kit supports crimping of insulated ring/spade terminals, male/female disconnectors, piggyback disconnectors, and cord end ferrules. Each jaw delivers precise and reliable crimps across a wide wire range, making it an ideal toolset for electrical installations, control panels, and machine wiring. The quick-change system allows for effortless jaw replacement in seconds, with no tools required.

Precise Ratchet Structure According to the pressure needed to crimp products of different sizes, the built-in thickened ratchet automatically adjusts to the appropriate position to ensure the safe completion of crimping with easy release of the handle. The crimp height of the star wheel is adjustable to ensure the right amount of crimping force.

Ergonomic Design The non-slip handle ensures comfortable and swift operation. There is a quick-release lever on the inside of the handle that opens the jaws.

EFFICIENT RATCHETING MECHANISM - This crimper will release automatically, applying the same amount of crimping force every time. Ratcheting action allows for precise, repeatable crimps and prevents over crimping that would damage wire and terminal. It's easy to secure the wire connector in the jaws before insert the stripped wire.

Adjustable Compression Wheel - Adjustable clamping force coupled with ratcheting mechanism enables precise, repeatable crimps. Compression wheel can be adjusted by removing screw. Twist left to tighten and right to loosen. Adjustable crimp height of star wheel, to ensure the right amount of crimping force. The star wheel to adjust the crimping force with (+) and (-) indicators. The minus (-) direction provides less crimping force, while the plus (+) direction increases the crimping force.

ERGONOMIC HANDLES -These enlarged, non-slippery handles were designed to ensure strong and comfortable grip in any condition.
