The J12JH9 Quick Change Crimping Jaw is designed for AMP Superseal 1.0 terminals, supporting wire sizes from AWG 18–16 (DIN 1.0–1.5 mm² / JIS 0.85–1.25 mm²).
It supports both B-crimp (F-crimp) and overlap crimping, delivering stable and consistent crimping results for sealed terminal connections.
Ideal for automotive wiring repairs, wiring harnesses, and sensor or power connections, the J12JH9 ensures reliable and repeatable performance in everyday professional use.

Treatment: Heat Treated
Surface Treatment: Zinc Phosphate
AISI 4140 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. The chromium content provides good hardness penetration, and the molybdenum content ensures uniform hardness and high strength. The jaws are heat treated and finished with a zinc phosphate surface treatment.
Jaw replacement is tool-free and takes only 5 seconds — slide in, slide out.
(Not compatible with fixed-jaw crimpers.)
