The JCBA35 is a dedicated Superseal 1.0 crimp tool engineered specifically for AMP Superseal 1.0 open barrel terminals.

This tool ensures precise conductor crimp and insulation support crimp in a single ratchet cycle, delivering stable electrical and mechanical performance.

In the Superseal 1.0 connector system, the waterproof performance is achieved by the pre-installed silicone sealing structure integrated inside the connector housing. The crimped terminal itself does not provide sealing. Once properly crimped and inserted into the housing, the complete connector assembly offers dustproof and waterproof protection.

Engineered for lightweight handling and reliable performance, this Quick-Change Aluminum Crimping Tool features a 6061 aluminum body with a strengthened pivot structure for enhanced stability and durability.

Precision-machined reinforcement rings provide additional support at the critical pivot area, while the patented structural design delivers a durable platform for professional crimping applications. The interchangeable jaw system also allows quick jaw changes for greater flexibility across different terminal applications.
