The jaw structure is precise to ensure firmly grasps the wires after crimping .

The J12JH1 Quick Change Crimping Jaw is engineered for spark plug ignition wires, supporting AWG 17 (DIN 1 mm²). Designed for B-crimp (F-crimp), trapezoid-crimp, and WM-crimp styles, this jaw ensures a strong, accurate grip after crimping—ideal for automotive ignition cable applications.

These jaws are not compatible with the fixed jaw crimping tools.

Compatible with LiCrim Quick Change crimper frames system as below:

• 8.7" Quick Change Ratchet Crimper JB series (Tools Only or With Contacts )

Treatment: Finished with heat treatment
Surface treatment : Zinc Phosphate

AISI 4140 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. The chromium content provides good hardness penetration, and the molybdenum content ensures uniform hardness and high strength. The jaws are heat treated and have a zinc phosphate surface treatment
