The J12JB1 Quick Change Crimping Jaw is specifically designed for non-insulated terminals in larger wire sizes—AWG 6 and 4 (DIN 16/25 mm²). Engineered for heavy-duty electrical and industrial applications, it delivers strong, accurate indent-style crimps while maintaining cable integrity. Compatible with all LiCrim Quick Change crimper frames (JD, JB, JE series), it enables tool-free jaw replacement in seconds.

Procedure: Precision and Wax-lost Casting
Treatment: Finished with heat treatment
Surface treatment : Zinc Phosphate

AISI 4140 is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. The chromium content provides good hardness penetration, and the molybdenum content ensures uniform hardness and high strength. The jaws are heat treated and have a zinc phosphate surface treatment
